Check your blood sugar before and after the workout. Make sure you eat some protein before. I just started going to the gym because I gained 20 pounds for no reason. Anyway, I do about 30-45 minutes of cardio and about 30 minutes of resistance/weight training. You need to build the muscles to burn fat faster. I also got the bender ball (it sounds silly but it works) it's a workout and a half for the stomach, which is where I carry my weight. Finally the Bollywood dance instruction video is really fun and the vibe supports a positive self image. The music is catchy and fun too. It's harder for me to tell if my blood sugar is low when I am working out so I try to check my levels hourly.

I would always wear pj bottoms & clip it to the waist band. Or wear an exercise bra & clip it to the inside. If you go to www.pumpwear.com they have a lot of cool stuff. I bought 2 white tank tops that have a pocket for the pump. They are nice & thin. So, I would wear them under another top to "hide" my pump. I just switched to the Omnipod last week & have to admit I love being free of all the tubing. But having a pump is so much better than doing all those shots. Good luck!
