We recently put this up in a blog, but we firgured it would be appropriate to put this up in a forum as well.
I am a type 1 diabetic and I am in an Engineering, Design and Development class. We have been giving the task of finding a problem and having to figure out a way of solving it. My class partner and I have decided to create a better emergency glucagon kit for low blood sugar. We have noticed that the instructions are complicated, the kit is somewhat bulky, there are too many parts, and are intimidating for a non-diabetic person to use. If any of you have ever had to use a glucagon emergency kit, or have any ideas for improvement, we would greatly appreciate your ideas and concerns.
We also would appreciate it if you could fill out this survey. Please click the link below.
