Help I can't seem to upload a new picture for my avatar. Help! LOL

If you go to the top of the page where it says My Dashboard click on that on then on the left of the page you should see something that says edit my profile, then click that and under the default avatar pic says upload an avatar. That is where you change it. If you have any problems let me know!
