Highs at night- alcohol related

Thanks. It is hard work. No doubt about that. I take it as one problem at a time, fix it if it can be fixed. What else can I do?

Be careful with alcohol. make sure to always have a meal when you drink and choose a beverage that is low in sugar, but be mindful that sometime the alcohol will cause you to spike super high then crash super low. It doesn’t sound like you have the low problem but just be aware that it can have that affect. What specifically are you drinking? Depending on what it is and how much sugar is in it, percentage of alcohol, amount you drink, will all contribute to BG levels.
