I am trying to get an insulin pump before college and have to fill out this worksheet and am getting confused because i wasnt taught all of this. And could someone explain exactly how to calculate bolus? i think i know how but i want to be sure before i ddo that worksheet.

A bolus is your insulin shot for meals and for correction. It's your carb ratio or correction ratio.
Mine is 2 units for every 15 grams. if I eat something that is 30 grams of carbs, I'll take 4 units of insulin.
My correction ratio is 1 unit for every 2 numbers over 6mmol/L. If my blood sugar is 12mmol/L, I'd take 3 units of insulin to correct.
