I hear coldplay does amazing shows.
they're pretty kickass although Marilyn Manson topped them as far as performances go.
Yeah, Coldplay was awesome. Great performers, and they sound amazing live. It was a great concert.
The show we went to was just a couple of weeks after Michael Jackson died, so they did their own version of Billie Jean. Haha, that was interesting.
Right now I would have to say that my fave song(s) are...
1.) Gettin you home by Chris Young
2.) They Don't Care About Us by Michael Jackson
3.) Party In the USA by Miley Cyrus
4.) Obsessed by Mariah Carey
favorite songs:
1) fuel's cover of "Daniel" from elton john
2) mr. jones from counting crows
3) how to save a life- the fray
4) be yourself- audioslave
5) renegades of funk- rage against the machine
excellent selections, jake.
counting crows = SUPERFANTASTIC (mr. jones is my favorite CC tune)
from audioslave i really like "doesn't remind me". don't know if it's my favorite or not, but definitely up there.
i have a couple RATM cds. i thought they were pretty good. too bad i discovered them after they no longer existed :o) dispatch does a cover of "bulls on parade" that isn't too bad.

well like i'm a guitar player and different music appeals to me. "doesn't remind me" off the "out of exile" album is ok. not a big fan of that song. "the curse" by audioslave is another awesome song, almost the same exact chords as "doesn't remind me", just a slower tempo. but yea every song i listed as my favorite is a song i can play on guitar.
I LOVE SECONDHAND SERENADE BUT NONE OF MY FRIENDS KNOW WHO THEY ARE. I LOVE THEIR SONGS BROKEN AND STRANGER. THEY ARE MY FAVE, I ALSO LOVE HALF ALIVE. THOSE ARE ONLY SOME OF THE SONGS I LOVE BY THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ALSO LOVE COBRA STARSHIP- HOT MESS & GOOD GIRLS GOOD BAD( DIABETES CAMP CABIN SONG). OWL CITY- FIREFLIES
I ALSO LOVE TAYLOR SWIFT- ALL SONGS, I DONT HATE OR DISLIKE A SINGLE SONG WRITTEN BY HER, WISH I COULD HAVE GONE TO HER CONCERT.
BOYS LIKE GIRLS ARE AMAZING TOO. I LOVE THE SONG- IF U COULD SEE ME NOW BY THEM. ALSO THE SONG LOVE DRUNK KICKS BUTT!!!!!!!!
ALRIGHT I LOVE MUSIC IN GENERAL. I HAVE OVER 800 SONGS ON MY IPOD WHEN MY FRIENDS HAVE LIKE 100. I AM A COMPLETE MUSIC ADDICT, I WOULD DIE WITHOUT MY MUSIC.
I like a lot of alternative and some rock and pop/hip-hop.
My favorite artists: Silverstein, Fall out boy, Red jumpsuit apparatus, Daughtry, Hey Monday, May Day Parade, and a bunch of others.
anyone ever heard of "3OH!3?" I am starting to like a lot of their stuff.
yupp specially don't trust me.
haha. :D I love it
Starstruck too
hahahaha me too . lol i play the flute. just throwinf that out there. since its in your things.
haha that's a quote by Chevy Chase's character in "Caddyshack."
/ I play the cello :)
ohh cool i used to play the violin but that was my only experience wiht string instruments (cept guitar) and i didn't like it lol
Alto and Baritone Saxophone! Working slowly on the guitar.
I play the piano, just in case anyone is wondering. And I'd love to learn acoustic guitar. (=
I took a year of piano...didn't so much like the classical stuff but concentrated more on jazz/blues and improv. I only stuck with it for a year because it was hard to juggle 2 instruments at a time...plus the whole "right hand/left hand" coordination wasn't there haha.
Cello is fun since I'm pretty sure I'm the only cello playing rugger out there.
I took piano lessons from age 5 to 11, then I quit because I was too busy. I haven't played in a long time, but I know I could pick it up where I left off any time I wanted to. I would start playing again if I got the sheet music to A Thousand Miles by Vanessa Carlton. Haven't been able to find it for free online anywhere, but I would love to have it. Anyone know of a good site for free sheet music? Current songs, not just classical/oldies?
