Had to go to the vet on the weekend and whilst there another family brought in their dog. The old dog is a diabetic and they give him an injection every morning! I had no idea animals got T1D, or at least a version of it...anyone else heard of this occuring in pets?
At least we can at tell people what we are feeling, they are treating the dog by guess work. But he was an old dog and had reached a good age, so something is working.
