Hey guys! I’m going on vacation tomorrow for the first time since getting my Dexcom and I realized after I put the site on my thigh that I’ll be spending most of the weekend in the hot tub (we’re going to a ski resort and I don’t ski so I’ll be hanging at the condo relaxing).
I know you can get it wet and stuff but has anyone had problems with the sensor being in heat for a long period of time? Like should I be getting out every 30 minutes for an hour break or something?
I should’ve put it on my arm or something (have yet to only because it’s so friggin awkward to put the site in to begin with and my hubby is nervous about helping so that makes me nervous about getting his help haha). Blah.
