Carb counting scales

Hi All,

Am new to Juvenation and thought I'd try you out on this one!  My daughter has been DT1 for years and we've always used the scale in the kitchen but now I hear that there are inexpensive scales out there that will also give a carb count to the apple, pear or other "items" (that you can scroll a list and just push a button!).  In your opinion, what is the best, for cost, scale out there?  Oh, and where did you find these precious gems?!

but I find that any old scale,  along with a current edition of the "Calorie King" book is the easiest and most inclusive way of doing it.  good luck.
