I'm from north Texas and went to Camp Sweeney for 5 years. I'm currently interning in Kerrville, TX. Just wanted to see who is all from the lone star state :)
Depends on what the definition of the word "Texan" is.
I was born in Dallas and except for a stint in the USMC I lived there my whole life until I moved to Seattle in 2004. I graduated from North Texas State University in Denton.
I lived in Dallas, Farmers Branch, Carollton, Lewisville, Irving, and Flower Mound.
My son went to Camp Sweeney for about 5 years and loved it. I loved what they did for him. Camp Sweeney is an amazing place. I consider it hallowed ground. Funny thing, I was wearing my Camp Seeney hat yesterday!
