My daughter who is 5 years old was diagnosed with T1d 3-25-2021. I’m the type of person with anything new in life I need to learn as much as I can about something as soon as I can. I love to go through these posts and read and learn everyone’s tips and recommendations. I have so many questions and I know this won’t be something I will ever know everything about. “But knowing is half the battle.” Right now my daughter uses humalog 15 minutes before meals and lantus 11 units at 8pm to keep her stable. We are still using syringes but get trained for the humalog Jr pen 4-15-2021. Also we get the Dexcom g6 same day. Thank you in advance for all the comments as I know I will start asking away.
