I have a 10 year old son named Oliver that was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes a little over a month ago. It’s easier than it was those first days, but we’re still figuring it all out. We’re working on getting a Dexcom G6, but our kiddo doesn’t want to deal with a pump. He’d rather have MDI’s and wrestle with his brother without so much “gear” attached to him.
