I’m a mother of a 13 year old boy who was diagnosed 1 year ago. It’s been quite a journey and continues to be. I’m thankful to have resources like this and hope my son will one day reach out to the Type 1 community. He has his good days & bad days like you all know. I’m looking for boys around his age that he can connect to. We live in Santa Barbara and haven’t meet to many BOYS his age.
