Hi! I’m an 18 year old T1D from Connecticut heading to Wellesley College in the fall where I will be fencing for their Div 3 team. I was diagnosed in March of 2017 and have fluctuated with managing it but I’m using it to thrive.
Outside of fencing and school work, I am an avid writer, reader, and nature-lover. I love to scuba dive (which can be crazy w/ T1D but still works) and hike. I am interested in environmental science, political science, and social activism.
