Hi everyone,
I joined the club days after my 29th birthday in July of 2018. Just my luck I have no family history of T1 so any advice or resources are greatly appreciated.
I spend a lot of time outdoors in the Texas and Louisiana heat. Also I’ve returned to college, so any advice on how stress will effect me would be awesome!
