T1D diagnosed in 1971 at the age of 17. I started using a Pump in 1989 and a Dexcom CGM one year ago. I am now using the Tandem T:slim X2 pump integrated with the Dexcom G5 cgm. I have neurological complications - gastroparesis/ileostomy, peripheral, autonomic heart, autoimmune CIDP and stable laser treated diabetic retinopathy. Ugh. Now for happy news, I was told not to have children but ignored them and now have three happy healthy children who are the joys of my life.
