Hello, my name is Susane. I am the mother of a type 1 warrior. My daughter is currently 5 years old, and she was diagnosed when she was 3 years old. I have made up peace with the diagnosis, and I have embraced the challenge. My daughter is currently using Dexcom G6 CGM, and we are using the Omnipod insulin pump. At first, changing site days was a struggle, but I started to design stickers for her CGM and pump. Now we are positively handling diabetes type 1 and keep praying for a cure.
