I ask because my 7 yo wants to join. I believe that some of the readings may help her with T1 but I fear that she is expecting "games" and more interaction. So I am just curious if she should hold off till closer to 10. Or even for her to have more experience with T1 herself.
Juvenation is intended only for people over the age of 13. However, JDRF does have a website for kids, which may be a good match for your daughter. The address is http://kids.jdrf.org/ . It's a little different format than Juvenation, but she can still interact with other kids there by signing up for "pen pals". It also includes a lot of information about type 1, written for a young audience.
