Hi Jim,are you still taking Madhusar-is it helping with your blood sugar ? I think we have to be careful with everything we take--I am not sure if things are watched over and regulated for our safety enough,...We still take the multivitamin and fish oil-It would be good if one thing would keep the sugars level and safe.
I started taking B-12 and D as well. Is there any concern with D overdosing? I take twice the amount that they suggest for the D (1000 mg, oil capsules).
Hi Crochet, are you taking a multivitamin plus extra vitamins ? I want to up vit.D for the winter-I was thinking 1000-was ok to take in all.The B12 sounds like a good idea.Is there a list somewhere of how much is safe for all vitamins ?
Actually, I am not taking a multi as well...and my cat is biting my hands as I type, OW it very difficult to type...B-12 is helping somewhat. October is a rough month for some reason! I have no energy.

we were told to take a multivitamin everyday. Is there anything out there that really helps lower or control blood sugar?
