Oh, well there's only one other diabetic student at my school. I think there's only two teachers also. And its hard to talk to the other girl who's diabetic(kaitlyn) because she likes to talk a lot, so she'll talk right over you. Even the school nurse will talk about her when she's not there, sometimes, because she talks so much. Kaitlyn was diagnosed a year before me, but we didn't even talk to each other then. But she still told me and other random people. And the way she told people, you could tell she wanted attention, and that she wanted people to pity her. The only thing was, no ones really educated about diabetes so no one really cared because they didn't think it was that big of a deal.thats why this website helps. It let's me talk to people who can relate.
